Five voluptuous women are 'living large' in the big city navigating careers, surviving the dating world, and continually smashing plus-size stereotypes while showing each other Big Girl Love.
Big Girl Love is a comedy about five women who have big personalities, huge career goals, large appetites for love…and thick thighs to match. As sexy as that sounds, let’s be honest; the Big Girl struggle is real. Living in a society where plus-sized women are often considered too wide to be widely accepted, these five ladies rely on their inner cheerleaders and each other to overcome daily obstacles.
A show unlike any other, Big Girl Love carves out a much needed space where Everyday Women can be the heroines in their own show! These lovely ladies come away from every situation learning something new about themselves and each other. Each episode is a rollercoaster ride of hilarity (and drama!) as the women get caught up in outrageous scenarios just going about their day-to-day lives.
RaJeana Price has a passion for storytelling which has been in the role of editor for various documentaries, music videos and promotional videos. Along with working as an editor, RaJeana has worked as a producer and production manager at Los Angeles based companies including Partizan, DNA, and Ghost Town Media. Switching gears to writing and directing her own stories has the bonus of creating unlimited characters who, in their quirky and purest of ways, reflect our wildest dreams. Being able to write creatively first, then see the script through various production lenses is satisfying for RaJeana. “I can see my characters come to life on the page, on set, and in the cutting room; I can see where we come in under budget – all in my head. Having a diverse production background helps me bridge the gap between the creative writing process and the resourcefulness needed to move each project to completion.” RaJeana is more than ready to get Big Girl Love on primetime television: "It's going to change lives."
